Outline and Song PDF’s

Theory (30 min):

• Treble & bass clef (1 octave), basic rhythms (quarter, eighth, half, whole)

• Intro to Nashville Number System

• How to mark a chart (repeat signs, intros, turns, etc.)

Band Lab (30 min):

• Lead sheets for 4 Songs (Goodness of God in G) (We Praise You in G) (Take you at Your Word in C) (Good Plans in D) (Firm Foundation in A)

• Team practice songs with in-ears, vocals, harmonies, and work out arrangements

• Homework: Memorize song and be able to play together as a band
